 Hi there ya'll my name is Michelle Ziegler and I live in Illinois. All My life I have had pets, whether it be dogs, cats, fish, ferrets, skunks, hamsters or a squirrel. I created this site for a number of reasons. For starters, I wanted to show off my lil girl. She is a pure bred AKC registered Pomeranian, parti color. Her name is Lucy Kintana Koon, I named her after my favorite comedy show, I Love Lucy, my stepdaughter and daughter and of course since she has raccoon eyes, I ended it with Koon. She turned 1 yr old on 4/24. She is truly an incredible dog. Very smart, is pad trained, so I never have to worry about letting her outside to do her business, her pads are in the bathroom so she goes potty where mommy and daddy go potty. She also loves to bark at anything, we are working on getting her to bark only when someone is outside, she is one great watch dog for sure. She loves to fetch her toys, whether it be a ball, pull toy or other fun toy. I also want to be able to give valuable information to other animal lovers, such as good training tips, fun recipes, grooming tips and several great places to buy pet supplies online. This page will continue to grow, so make sure you bookmark it and check back on a regular basis.  Michelle and Lucy....She is just the best, she gives me unconditional love and an awesome watchdog.  This was my babygirl when we brought her home 7/11/08. She went from 3.6 lbs to 11.5 as an adult.  This was just a few days after we brought her home, yes, we did cage train her, which let me tell you has been a good thing. When she needs a time out, she knows where to go.   This is Lola, Lucy's Mommy. Isn't she pretty!!! Her mommy and daddy live in Oklahoma...  This is Lucy's Daddy, Jim, good thing she took after her mama.....he a mean looking bugger....but he sure makes pretty offspring.  This was taken 6/29/09, yes, I cut her hair short, since she has a double coat, she is so much more comfortable, plus she hates to be brushed and pom's need brushing or they get matted rather quickly. |
